URBIS/The Smart Cities Meetup 2025

Why attend the exhibition?

- It is an excellent opportunity to develop your export market presence and expand your company's business network. More than 450 cities were represented at the 2024 event, which attracted nearly 4,000 visitors from 19 countries around the world.
- URBIS The Smart Cities Meetup, the theme of smart cities, is an increasingly important part of the development of cities and regions. The demand for such innovations and smart solutions is therefore constantly growing, providing a good opportunity for businesses to find partners.
- A number of conferences, seminars and workshops will take place as part of the exhibition in the focus areas of the event.
- The CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. will provide professional support and help Hungarian companies to find new potential business partners to ensure a successful presence at the exhibition.

This year, the CED will provide its partners with a 40 m2 indoor, representative, uniformly branded Hungarian Community stand with discounted exhibition space. 

 The reduced participation fee is HUF 100.000 + VAT, which includes the following:

 the design, construction and running costs of a community exhibition stand with a uniform image
the cost of exhibition passes for participants
the use of common meeting areas
full organisation and coordination by the responsible CED staff before the opening of the exhibition and on site during the operation of the exhibition
information on the exhibition presence through the CED's various communication channels (e.g. website, social media platforms, press release)

 Please note that, due to the limited number of exhibitor places, CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. will decide on the number of participants in the event on the basis of a professional evaluation of the applications, the order of the applications received, the scope of activities of the companies applying and the products and services to be presented, and will inform the partners in writing.
