Connecting Generations – The CEDucation Roadshow Continued in Arad
The CEDucation Roadshow arrived in Arad for its eighth stop of the year. At the event, organized by CED, generational researcher Krisztián Steigervald explored generational differences with participants, discussing varying habits as well as the social and technological changes that are fundamentally reshaping the way different generations think and relate to one another.

The CEDucation Roadshow, CED’s free business development training series, reached its eighth stop of the year and its fourth event in Transylvania. The program provides professional insights and practical guidance to help small and medium-sized enterprises address everyday business challenges.

The speaker at the Arad event, organized by CED’s local office, was generational researcher Krisztián Steigervald, who has spent years examining the mindsets, values, and behavioral patterns of different generations through his research and presentations. During his lecture, he demonstrated how technological progress, social changes, and differing life experiences influence the perspectives of various age groups.

Among the key topics discussed were the changes that have taken place in family life over recent decades, the patterns and values passed down from one generation to the next, and ways to communicate more effectively with different age groups in everyday life, the workplace, and the business environment.

The event once again highlighted that understanding generational differences is not only essential for maintaining strong family relationships but is also of growing importance in professional and business settings.
