Hungarian Agri-Food Innovations Take the Stage at AGRA with a Collective National Stand
Hungary’s agricultural solutions are reaching out to Central European markets with a strong joint presence at the AGRA International Agricultural and Food Fair, one of the region’s most prestigious and longest-running trade events. Thanks to the organization of the Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. (CED), 8 Hungarian agri-food companies will showcase their products and innovations at this year’s fair in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia.

With a history spanning more than 60 years, AGRA has become a key meeting point for agricultural and food industry innovations, attracting nearly 2,000 exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors each year. Once again, CED is ensuring that Hungarian enterprises can present themselves on a collective national stand, highlighting the country’s strengths in the sector.

The participating companies represent a wide range of solutions, from innovative water management systems and seed-cleaning machinery to silos and cutting-edge drone technologies. Their joint appearance underlines the competitiveness of Hungarian agriculture, built on high-quality products, advanced technologies, and a forward-looking, sustainable mindset.

Beyond visibility, AGRA offers Hungarian businesses a strategic gateway to the wider region. The fair draws industry leaders, decision-makers, and distributors not only from Slovenia, but also from Italy, Croatia, Austria, and across Central Europe. This makes the event an ideal platform for forging new distribution agreements, exploring export opportunities, and building long-term technological partnerships.

For Hungarian companies, the conditions are ripe to become an integral part of the regional economic network — and AGRA provides exactly the stage to make it happen.
