Strengthening Hungarian-Slovak partnership in tourism and gastronomy

For the eleventh time, the Hungarian Cultural Week in Bratislava is organized by the Embassy of Hungary in Bratislava and the Liszt Institute Bratislava - Hungarian Cultural Centre. One of the highlights of this year's event is the Tourism and Gastronomy Business Forum organised by the CED and the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency, which has attracted nearly 130 professional participants.
The forum will feature presentations on the state of gastronomy and tourism, possible development and cooperation on both the Hungarian and Slovak sides of the border. Following the plenary session, the organisers will also provide direct discussion opportunities for the nearly 130 participants, including tourism professionals, SMEs, local government and market players, representatives of travel agencies, hotels and restaurants.
The conference will therefore provide an excellent platform for strengthening synergies between the two countries, in two industries that are important pillars of the Hungarian and Slovak economies.
