We Are Targeting a New Market in Poland This Year
Poland is one of the most dynamically developing markets in the Central European hospitality industry, making it a key export destination for Hungarian businesses as well. This year, the CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. is participating for the first time in the HORECA Trade Fair in Kraków to promote the international presence of Hungarian HoReCa-sector companies and help expand their business connections.

The 32. International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment will be held in Kraków between 5–7 November 2025, where CED will take part for the first time. At the Hungarian national stand, covering 81 square meters, ten Hungarian companies will showcase their products and services to Polish and international industry players.

Poland’s HoReCa sector is on a dynamic growth path, particularly in the chain restaurant, fast-food, and catering service segments, which are expanding at the fastest rate. Therefore, Hungarian companies interested in entering the Polish market are encouraged to focus primarily on these areas.

At the CED’s Hungarian pavilion, ten exhibitors will represent a wide range of the hospitality industry. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover wineries, premium food producers, specialty coffee companies, paper hygiene and lighting solution providers, textile and wallpaper manufacturers, promotional gift producers, and knife-sharpening machine suppliers. The shared goal is to strengthen the competitive position of Hungarian products on the Polish market.

At the Hungarian stand, Ewa Woch, President of EXPO Kraków, and Anna Wiśniewski, Head of CED’s Kraków office, welcomed the participants and wished them successful negotiations in the days ahead.
