More Than an Exhibition – The Odorheiu Secuiesc Autumn Fair Is Coming Soon
The Odorheiu Secuiesc International Exhibition and Fair, one of Szeklerland’s most important economic and cultural events, has a history spanning more than three decades. Taking place from 18 to 20 September, the event will showcase the rich cultural, gastronomic and economic ecosystem of Szeklerland while providing a platform for strengthening cross-border economic cooperation.

Over the past three decades, the Odorheiu Secuiesc Autumn Fair has become one of the region’s leading economic and community events. Alongside professional exhibitions and B2B meetings, gastronomy, culture and tourism also play an important role in the programme. Offering a comprehensive showcase of Szeklerland and its distinctive characteristics, the event attracts more than 20,000 visitors each year and serves as an important meeting point for businesses from Hungary and Szeklerland.

Nearly a Dozen Exhibitors at the CED Stand

As in previous years, CED will once again represent Hungary together with its partners at a collective national stand in the exhibition section of the Autumn Fair. Hungarian companies will present a highly diverse portfolio of products and services, ranging from food products and herbal-based goods to engineering plastics, professional sharpening and grinding equipment, electrical engineering services, innovative water-retention technologies and international educational programmes.

The joint presence is designed not only to give participating companies an opportunity to showcase their products and services to professional audiences from Szeklerland and across Romania, but also to help them establish new business relationships. The professional programmes and B2B meetings accompanying the event provide direct opportunities for networking between Hungarian and local businesses, while CED, through its local office, also provides targeted professional support to facilitate successful business negotiations.

Through a strong Hungarian presence at the event, CED aims to provide a solid foundation for Hungarian companies to develop cross-border business relations and successful export activities, while also supporting the establishment of long-term partnerships.
