OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE 32. SZÉKELYUDVARHELY AUTUMN FAIR
Székelyudvarhely, September 19, 2025 – For three days, Székelyudvarhely will become a hub of economic and cultural life in the Carpathian Basin, as the 32nd edition of the Székelyudvarhely Autumn Fair opens its doors. Taking place between September 19–21, the event welcomes visitors not only from Szeklerland but from across the Carpathian Basin with a diverse program of gastronomy, roundtable discussions, professional conferences, and business forums.

Once again, Szeklerland’s most important economic, cultural, and gastronomic series of events, the Székelyudvarhely Autumn Fair, is set to open its gates. This year, the event will be officially inaugurated by Levente Magyar, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, further underlining its significance in national policy and its role in Szeklerland.

As in previous years, the Autumn Fair will feature a wide range of thematic programs and side events, including: Expo 2025 International Exhibition and Fair, Auto Expo 2025, the 21st Outdoor Wine Festival, Business Conference and B2B Meetings, the 15th Szekler Products Festival, as well as concerts, leisure activities, and competitions.

Exhibition and B2B in one place

The CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. has once again joined the series of events as a co-organizer. Its Managing Director, László Csík, will also attend the official opening ceremony.

Within the framework of Expo 2025 International Exhibition and Fair, a total of 18 Hungarian companies open to regional cooperation will showcase their product and service portfolios with the support of CED. In addition, in collaboration with local economic associations and professional organizations, CED is organizing a business conference combined with B2B negotiations.

“We believe that the Székelyudvarhely Autumn Fair is one of the most important forums for strengthening community cohesion, boosting Szeklerland’s economic strength, and fostering cross-border economic cooperation year after year. That is why, for us, this event is not only an exhibition and business conference, but also a cohesive force that connects Hungarian enterprises and communities across the Carpathian Basin,” – said László Csík, Managing Director of CED.
