On the 24th of September in 2021, a joint conference and B2B meeting took place that was organized by the CED's office in Beregszász, the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhhorod and the Consulate General of Hungary in Beregszász, which attracted significant international and domestic interest. During the event, those who were present, could get information about various developments, technologies, products and know-how in Hungary, and discussed the possible introduction of these in Transcarpathia and in Ukraine.
The event with almost 170 participants was honored by the presence of István Joó, Deputy State Secretary for Increasing Exports, Government Commissioner responsible for organizing the Planet Budapest 2021 Sustainability Expo and World Meeting, Petrov Oleksiy, the chairman of the Transcarpathian County Council, Anatoly Poloskov, the chairman of the Transcarpathian County Administrative Office and Károly Rezes, the chairman of the Beregszász district council too. The event was attended by the heads of Hungarian embassies, consuls, representatives of county, district and local governments, heads and representatives of departments of the county administrative office, mayors, prefectures, civil and other organizations' representatives.
