HUNGARIAN COMPANIES TO INTRODUCE FIRST TIME IN THE INTERBEAUTY TRADE FAIR

Bratislava, 21 October 2022 - Hungarian companies participate first time in an organised form, in a collective national stand in the INTERBEAUTY international beauty and cosmetics trade fair. For the five companies introducing themselves with the cooperation of the CED, the event offers an outstanding platform - in addition to the introduction of their products, brands and services - to establish ties and to expand their distribution network.

It is the first time when the CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. organises a community introduction in the INTERBEAUTY international beauty and cosmetics trade fair organised in Bratislava, Slovakia between 21-22 October 2022.

In the representative national stand with a consistent image, five Hungarian companies introduce themselves in the regionally recognised trade fair which is regularly visited, in addition to the exhibiting companies, by industrial experts, distributors and the representatives of drug stores and chain stores. Therefore, the trade fair is a perfect platform for the Hungarian companies to introduce their products, brands and services and to expand their relations and distribution network. The Hungarian stand is waiting for the interested parties by natural and decorative cosmetics and various beauty products.

“Nowadays beauty and health industry are one of the fastest developing industrial and services sector where the market leaders are the big Western-European brands. However, I am convinced that the Hungarian companies would be able to compete them in terms of value for money; if not yet globally, but certainly in the regional markets. INTERBEAUTY provides a platform for them to map the processes or areas they need to develop to move to the next level also in the international markets” - said CSÍK László, the general manager of the CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. coordinating Hungarian participation.

A business forum to help Hungarian companies

In addition to the appearance in the fair, the Hungarian companies can take part in a Hungarian-Slovakian business forum and B2B negotiations, which were organised by the CED. Within the framework of the event, after their introduction, the companies can expand their relations with the invited Slovakian distributors and resellers in targeted business negotiations.

“Based on export indices, Slovakia was the fourth most important export partner of Hungary in 2021. Last year, Hungarian export exceeded EUR 6.1 billion, which is over half a billion EUR more than in the previous year. By organising the business forum, the purpose of the CED was to facilitate the efficient entry of Hungarian companies into international markets in a further sector” - said László CSÍK managing director about the business forum.
