CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd. has created a free legal database. The HULEX law library, which is available through the website and the application, provides registered users access to a certified Hungarian translation of the entire legislation of the countries covered by the CED, that is helping them to enter foreign markets effectively.
As an institution of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the dedicated task of CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd's its dedicated task is to provide extensive professional support to the foreign trade processes of the Hungarian companies to Central European markets, and the creation of the necessary system of conditions and devices for this.
In view of all this, the CED created the free HULEX law library for Hungarian companies within the country and abroad, with a goal to summarize and systematize for registered companies the complete legal acts of the surrounding countries that are in force - both Civil and Criminal Codes - in Hungarian.
The law library, which is accessible through the website and the application - available to iOS and Android - has been made user-friendly by the CED video tutorial, and the possibility of various filtering, targeted search and to export legal materials to downloadable, printable form.
„One of the basic conditions for successful entering into foreign markets is the knowledge of the legal environment and specialities of the target countries. However, all of these involve a significant investment of time and money, which is why we decided to create the free, user-friendly HULEX law library. The HULEX law library includes the entire Romanian legislation in the first round and is planned to be extended by the legal background of all of the countries that are covered by CED.
