Hungary, Transylvania, Upper Hungary - this year’s CEDucation Roadshow starts

The highly successful free-of-charge enterprise development training series of the CED, the CEDucation Roadshow is held this year as well. The first station of this year’s programme is Târgu Mureș where the training was organised as the side event of the Szeklerland start-up competition, MaStart. By fitting to the topics of the competition, this training was dealing with start-up ecosystem and start-up companies.

This year’s free-of-charge enterprise development training series of the CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd., the CEDucation Roadshow started on 2 March 2023 in Târgu Mureș with the participation of almost fifty regional entrepreneurs, company managers and interested professionals.

Last year, the training started with international experts and presenters, and it visited altogether seven locations where several hundreds of interested people obtained competitive knowledge and recent trade and economic information. Due to the success of the trainings and the positive feedbacks of the participants, the CED decided to continue the roadshow in 2023 and its more emphasised transboundary expansion.

This year, the CEDucation Roadshow was organised twice in Hungary, and we held five further export trainings outside the borders of Hungary: in Transylvania and Upper Hungary. We considered it important to provide the knowledge and professional information necessary for the successful export activity not only to companies within Hungary, but to transboundary Hungarian companies as well” - said Csík László, the general manager of the organiser, the CED Central European Economic Development Network Nonprofit Ltd.

Start-up ecosystem in focus

The first station of the training series of the CEDucation Roadshow 2023 was Târgu Mureș, Szeklerland, as the side event of the MaStart start-up competition. In the event, HILD Imre, the permanent start-up expert of the CEDucation was dealing with the start-up ecosystem and the start-up companies, by adapting to the topic of the competition.

Within the framework of the programme, the participants got information about the efficient methodology to launch a start-up company, the assembly of the best team, the various capital raise and financing opportunities or the entry into international market.

The next station of the training series is going to be in Chľaba, Upper Hungary, Slovakia about the family enterprises, the generation change and various transboundary grants.
